Faith in the fog
This picture on the mountain top is an example of faith. The view from this spot is amazing. You can see three states, Paris Mountain, Greenville, and
countless other mountains and valleys. You can even see most of Awanita Valley from this spot. Today, however, all we see is fog and clouds.
There are days when we are on top of life’s mountain. Everything is going well, things look great, we can see far off and the view is spectacular. Other days life’s clouds and fog close in. We can’t see where we’re going, things seem to be closing in and it’s a challenge to keep moving…or breathing. These times come and go, but faith knows that even when you can’t see them, the mountains are still there, the view is still spectacular, and you’ll see it again. - God is always God and he’s always good, Jesus still loves you, the Word of God is always true, even when you don’t feel it or can’t see it.
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Heb. 11:1
