Internship Structure:
August - November – Education + Exploration

Interns will gain a broad understanding of the ministry through monthly trips to each LUCM location. These trips include educational sessions led by staff across departments such as Vision and Calling, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Guest Experience, Facilities, Food Service, Housekeeping, Leader Care, and more. Interns will also learn how each individual camp location serves guests and operates day-to-day.
 

January to May – Specialization + Hands-On Experience

   ■ Interns will shift into a focused area of development by          working alongside a specific                                                            department.

   ■ Come alongside an existing department and contribute        in a meaningful way

   ■ Complete a project or take on responsibilities that                    support real ministry needs

   ■ Gain practical, hands-on experience within that area

 

May - August – Summer Application

Interns will step into one of two roles based on their development and ministry needs:

   ■ Summer Staff – serve as part of the summer staff team          in front-line ministry roles
   ■ Summer Internship – continue in an intern role with                opportunities for specialized work.
